• What is Jukebox AI?
Simply put, it's an AI that generates music - read more about it on the official blog: https://openai.com/blog/jukebox/

• Can I use Jukebox myself?
Yes! If you have a very powerful graphics unit, you can download the program from the official Github. If you don't (like me), you can give Google CoLab a try - https://colab.research.google.com/github/SMarioMan/jukebox/blob/master/jukebox/Interacting_with_Jukebox.ipynb

• Is there a tutorial?
At the moment, not really. There are some instructions in the CoLab notebook, but they can be confusing or outdated. I'd recommend checking out this site though: https://github.com/openai/jukebox/issues/40

• What is co-composer mode?
The AI usually produces results that are very random, which can be fun! But with co-composer mode you have some limited control over the final result, so you can make your songs a lot more coherent. The AI will generate 3 (or more) short samples and you can choose your favorite one. From this point, the AI generates another 3 samples and so on, until you have a full song.

• Does the original artist get compensated if you use their song to train the AI and upload the result to YouTube?
When doing a song continuation like this, in most cases, yes. YouTube's algorithms can detect most songs, even if they're only played for a few seconds. The record label will then automatically claim the video and make money off of it.

• Can you do X song/band next?
