In this video we are gonna learn about awareness Noise pollution awareness.
and Stop To Honk
The Honkers agitate people and create lot of noise pollution .

Called 'the punishing signal', the idea is to reduce honking at signals through a decibel metre installed across a few signals. Every time the meter exceeded 85, the timer would reset, causing further delay.
