I was very impressed by the way this guy explained the simulation he was going to create at each stage and the tools he used to present it.

Awesome introduction to artificial life and evolution.

Reminds me of a game featuring artificial life called Grandroids [1], by Steve Grand, the creator of Creatures [2]. As the reddit forum [3] shows, development has slowed down considerably since the pandemic.
