I liked this interview (and apparently it's been posted before[0]). Anyway, it was kind of endearing how Mr. Gelsinger spoke to Mr. Torvalds.

Linus gave a good answer when queried for advice. Paraphrased: Focus on developing great hardware and documenting it, Intel is at it's best when developing hardware standards. And don't let market segmentation drive your product decisions, which prices out people who could develop on and use new features.
