Plain Text Accounting
I took this course about three years ago (which, coincidentally, starts today!) and I completely agree - a basic knowledge of bookkeeping is an incredibly handy skill in all sorts of real-world situations:

Ask HN: What Skills to Acquire in 2020?
"Finance Theory" from Prof. Andrew Lo (MIT). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HdHlfiOAJyE&list=PLUl4u3cNGP...He used "Principles of Corporate Finance" by Richard Brealey, Stewart Myers, and Franklin Allen as the text book. I bought it from Google Play.
For accounting, I use Coursera: https://www.coursera.org/learn/wharton-accounting

There are other courses about finance in Coursera and Youtube but I haven't checked them out. But the ones I listed here are good based on my experience.

Datadog S-1
Take an introduction to accounting course (https://www.coursera.org/learn/wharton-accounting is very good, and it's free to audit), and you should be able to understand the meaty part of S-1 (and 10-Q/10-K)
